Queensland All Abilities Sports is supported by a highly reputable and experienced Board of Directors chaired by Jay Larkins who is an esteemed provider of sporting opportunities to people of all abilities.

The board is responsible for the overall governance, management and strategic direction of the organisation and for delivering accountable corporate performance in accordance with the organisation’s goals and objectives.

JAY LARKINS

CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICER

Jay is the director and founder of the Brisbane Paralympic Football Program. He has seen the program grow to become one of Australia’s largest truly inclusive sports programmes.

He has formed key relationships with the state and local government, local businesses and other sporting bodies to support the programme. The programme also provides the Australian Catholic University and The University of Queensland with 100+ student placements and research projects each year.

Jay is an Australia Day Ambassador, Australian of the Year finalist in 2014 and 2022, and the 2019 Westfield’s Local Hero Award winner.

MURRAY CRIGHTON

CHIEF FINANCIAL OFFICER

Murray is a CPA Accountant with extensive experience in the finance industry. He was the Company Accountant for The University of Queensland and held senior positions with the Queensland Government Department of Local Government, Community Recovery and Resilience and Department of Infrastructure, Local Government and Planning.

GRAHAM LEE

CHIEF OperationS OFFICER

Graham is a 10-year sports business and 20-year information technology professional.

He has extensive project management and information technology skills, in communications & promotions and client support. He has worked at local, state and national levels in the sports management industry for the past decade.

Graham is an Associate Lecturer in Sports Management and Marketing at the University of Queensland and is also studying for his PhD.
